Summary, etc. يتناول كتاب (رحلة وديوان) والذي قام بتأليفه حسن بن عبد الله بن عبد الرحمن الكاف في حوالي (189) صفحة من القطع المتوسط موضوع (أدب الرحلات)، هذا الكتاب صدر بعد رحيل الكاتب بثلاثة أرباع القرن جمع فيه آثاره الأدبية في قسمين : القسم الأول من أدب الرحلات، واختار له مؤلفه عنوان : "الطرف الشهية المستفادة من الرحلة إلى الديار المصرية والحجازية"، والقسم الثاني يجمع ما تيسر من أشعاره حيث أن للشاعر لونان من الكتابة الشعرية : فصيح، وحميني وهو الشعر الملحون باللغة الدارجة، وهذا الأخير في ديوانه هو الأكثر، أما شعره الفصيح فإنه يرتبط بالمناسبات الاجتماعية، وما يتبعه من الخصائص الفنية، من اتخاذ الشعر القديم نموذجا في بناء القصيدة، كما في بناء أبياتها، وفي اختيار ألفاظها، وكذلك في تحديد مراميها.
