Summary, etc. يتناول كتاب (القياس في القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية) والذي قام بتأليفه وليد بن علي بن عبد الله الحسين، موضوع (القياس) هذا الكتاب رسالة علمية تهدف إلى التعرف على القياس في القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية من خلال دراسة نظرية تطبيقية، وتظهر أهمية موضوع هذا البحث من حيث عدة اعتبارات حيث أنه يبحث في دليل القياس الذي حظي بعظم المكانة بعد الأدلة الشرعية الثلاثة وهي الكتاب والسنة والإجماع. وقد تضمنت هذه الدراسة تعريف القياس، وأركانه، وشروطه، وتقسيماته باعتباراته مع التعريف بها، ثم ناقش حجية القياس، بيان موقف الأصوليين من التعليل. ثم ناقش القياس في القرآن الكريم، من خلال القياسي الشرعي والقياس العقلي، ثم التعليل. أما الجزء الثاني من الكتاب حدثنا عن القياس في السنة النبوية، موضحا فيه القياس الشرعي، القياس العقلي فيها. ثم الأمثال والتعليل في السنة النبوية.
