Summary, etc. يمكن اعتبار كتاب الربا والحسم الزمني في الاقتصاد الإسلامي لمؤلفه الاستاذ الدكتور رفيق يونس المصري من افضل المساهمات التي كتبت حول موضوع الربا، وبالأخص جزئية قيمة الزمن في الاقتصاد الاسلامي، يبدأ الكاتب حديثه حول ما هو متداول بين بعض الكتاب والمؤلفين من ان الحسم الزمني في الاسلام ممنوع، ولا وجود له، وهو ما يؤدي الى ان كل زيادة في مقابل الزمن ممنوعة، ويعلق الكاتب على ذلك بأنه في ربا القرض لا يفهم ان ليس للزمن قيمه ماليه بل الصواب ان المقرض تبرع بها للمقترض وفي مقابل هذا استحق ثواب الله في الاخرة. وبعد نقاش يخرج بخلاصة ان للزمن قيمة مالية في الاسلام ويتجلى ذلك في ثواب القرض واشتراط اتحاد زمن المبادلة في البيع، لأن الاساس في البيوع هو المعاوضة العادلة في الدنيا، فالمتبايعان متكافئان، اما الاساس في القروض فهو الاحسان لأن المقرض والمقترض غير متكافئين، وعلى المُقرض ان لا يربي مع المٌقتًرض، بل ان يتصدق عليه.
